  Nathalie is a former barrister with professional experience in detailed research and high-level documentation of complex matters for government, private companies and educational institutions, having worked in all spheres over the last 22 years.  

Nathalie has an attention to detail and practical insight that can actively pinpoint problems in industry and articulate clear solutions for them. She also has a clear acumen for business and management which keeps all the creative processes flowing smoothly.

She is a straight-shooting problem solver who can analyse detailed legal or financial problems, develop compliant governance systems, optimal solutions, then implement change management through a systematic and well-documented approach.

Buzz has personally designed over 30 items of defence equipment, either off-the-page or as re-purposing of commercial off-the-shelf products. A lateral strategic thinker, he is able to identify and design practical innovative technologies, and connects user needs with optimised capability uplift for products and also designs and delivers training with impact.

Buzz is an award-winning executive with 18 years of corporate and private business experience, 20 years of Defence experience in innovation and optimising business processes, research and development, risk management, business continuity planning, tender support and program management in defence, defence industry and government.

He is a unique individual with experience in focused research, “blue-sky” innovation and systems development, grant application and management, intellectual property protection, product prototyping and commercialisation with end-user insight.

Our Chief Engineer has worked in the Land Engineering Agency (LEA) and Diggerworks and currently designs for select Special Forces groups.  His analysis validates and verifies the design, testing and quality requirements to assist Defence acceptance of materiel.  

We draw from a select pool of specialist designers, with experience from the Land Engineering Agency (LEA) and Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), to ensure our team will produce the integrated outcomes you require.  

B.I.L. (Buzzworks Integration Lad) is our articulated male mannequin, accompanied by B.E.L. (Buzzworks Ergonomic Lady) our articulated female mannequin, who model equipment in our workshop integration assessments and Buzzworks Integration Lab.
